E komo mai, Welcome to Hāna, our home. I have brought some of my favorite recipes from my birth home in Spain and incorporated some of the local ingredients like ʻulu (breadfruit) from our farm.




Vegan ʻUlu Paella
Handcrafted with aloha, our signature paella celebrates the flavors of Spain and the abundance of Hāna. We start with our farm-fresh ʻulu (breadfruit), simmer it with paella rice, local vegetables, and a rich vegetable broth. Each paella is infused with our own blend of spices and a handmade sofrito of garden vegetables, creating a nourishing, vibrant, and completely vegan dish — hearty, flavorful, and rooted in both tradition and the land.
Gazpacho 🍅🥒🧅🧄
Our gazpacho is a refreshing taste of summer, inspired by family tradition. Smooth and chilled, it’s a nourishing blend of vine-ripened tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and a touch of bread. Perfect for hot Hawaiian days, this Spanish classic is both hydrating and delicious — light, vibrant, and made with aloha 🌺.


Vegan Lentil Soup 🍅🧅🥕🧄
Savory, nourishing, and full of aloha — our hearty Vegan Lentil Soup is made with tender lentils, local ʻulu, zucchini, carrots, bell pepper, onion, celery, green beans, mushrooms, garlic, tofu, leafy greens, and our house spice blend, all simmered in a rich vegetable broth. Comfort in a bowl, inspired by the flavors of Spain and the abundance of Hāna.
Tortilla de Patatas 🍳🥔🧅
A beloved family favorite, our Spanish tortilla blends tender white potatoes, sweet orange potatoes, onions, and red bell peppers, slowly cooked with eggs into a golden, hand-flipped cake. Comforting yet flavorful, this sweet-savory classic is perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even on the go — a taste of Spain with the heart of Hāna.

Frixuelos asturianos 🥚🥛🍋
A cherished tradition from Asturias, the region of my parents, brought to life here in Hāna. Our frixuelos are delicate Spanish crêpes made with eggs, milk, ʻulu flour, a hint of lemon zest, and vanilla. Light, tender, and oh-so ono, they’re perfect with sweet or savory toppings. A taste of heritage, comfort, and joy — from our family to yours.

Our herbal teas are crafted with freshly picked leaves and flowers from our garden, steeped to create a nourishing and soothing cup. Each blend is naturally caffeine-free and full of traditional wellness benefits:
